Week 22 is a formulated outline for true health. Physical health begins with thoughts and the mental attitude. Diseases, illness, anxiety, and nervousness all come from thoughts of fear, worry, hatred and jealousy.
Eliminate these thoughts around fear and we become healthy. Along with positive thinking it is appropriate to visualize the perfect mental image of physical perfection. All of these mental actions are vibrational experiences. The Law of Vibration is set in motion and the mind exercises control over the body. A few years ago I was asking the question of how to raise vibrational levels.
I knew there were high and low levels of vibration but was not sure on how to shift and raise levels to a more constructive vibration. This week my answer was provided. Change thoughts to be positive, constructive, kind and courageous and the results and vibration changes.
